Mozy Backup (Free Edition)
The free edition of Mozy Backup is great. You get up to 2 GB of free data backup. You can select which files and folders to backup and when the backups should run.
The only downside is the connection with their data vault has been a little sluggish. It took me a few hours to send over my first initial backup (800 MB). But I would recommend Mozy Backup to laptop and desktop users to backup your most critical data.
